  • after 20:00 150%
• Hourly rate €13,27.

• You will be responsible for our temporary employees and cooperation with clients, we will teach you how to handle this;
• Temporary workers must be sent to work at the clients, and accommodation and transport to work must be organized in cooperation with the accommodation and transport planners.
• Our work system is different from other employment agencies. You work Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00/18:00. Outside of these hours and on weekends, we do not require you to be available.

• You will be the first contact person for different questions, planning issues or emergency situations, we will teach you how to handle this;
• You will collaborate and keep in touch with temporary employees or our customers;
• In the morning you will be the first contact for employees who report being absent from work and you will have to inform the customer about this, and if necessary, arrange a replacement for an absent employee;
• You will have to make a report of your shift for the day shift coordinators;
• Working hours are flexible from 17:00 to 8:30, with a different day off each week;
• You should be available 2 weekends every month;
• Night shift.

• Salad packing;

• Packing containers in larger boxes;
• Preparation for transportation;
• Hourly rate € 13,27;
• Cool internal temperature 5 - 10 degrees;
• Working time can be changing; it can be morning, evening or night shift;
• Extra payment depending on the hours that you work (evening, night hours are paid more)

• Orchid packaging;
• Preparation of pots for orchid planting;
• Sorting;
• Forming – guiding the flowers (with special clips);
• Planting, filling in the pots with special ground;
• Working by the line;
• Preparation for transportation;
• Hourly rate €13,27;
• Overtime: above 40 hours - paid at 135%
• 5 - 6 working days;
• Working hours: 07:00 - 17:00; saturday 07.00 - 12:00
• Work is NOT in a greenhouse - the temperature is normal.

• Cutting the roses;
• Removal of extra shoots of a rose;
• Bending of rose shoots;
• Packing;
• Cleaning;
• Sorting;
• Hourly rate - € 13,27, overtime (more than 38 hours) is paid 135%, Sunday work 150%;
• 40-55 working hours;
• 6 working days from 6:30 till 16:00 (can be longer);
• 1 free day in the middle of the week.
