As an Employee Coordinator Assistant, you’ll be the right hand of our Employee Coordinators. Your main job will be supporting them in everything they do to make sure the team stays efficient and everything runs smoothly. You also will serve as their back-up during their holidays and will jump in where necessary to support in multiple tasks. What will you be doing? You’ll help answer questions from temporary workers, assist with scheduling shifts, and support in transport planning to make sure employees get to work in the most efficient way possible. You’ll also be involved in client visits, checking in on employees at workplaces, and making sure everyone has what they need. Sometimes things get busy, and the team will need your help to keep up. Whether it’s finding a quick solution to a problem or helping with any other tasks, you’ll be there to make sure the day runs as smoothly as possible.

In this independent role with a lot of responsibility, you will be the pillar of support for our clients. You maintain close relationships with companies, understand their needs, and ensure they receive optimal support. Does a client have a question or urgent request? You respond quickly and arrange the best solution, sometimes even on the same day.

You’ll visit clients regularly to check if everything is running smoothly, both for the client and the temporary workers. How is the work going? Are there areas for improvement? Or, for example: does the client need additional staff? If so, you will assess this and work with the recruitment team to find the right people.

In addition to maintaining existing relationships, you’ll also actively seek new clients and opportunities to expand our network.

As a Recruiter, you'll play a vital role in driving the recruitment process and ensuring it runs smoothly. You'll be an essential part of the team, handling everything from sourcing candidates to onboarding, and making sure our recruitment efforts are efficient and well-organized. Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using different search methods to build a candidate pipeline
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing video call screenings
• Provide information for job seekers about current job openings, application procedures, and answer any questions regarding the recruitment process
• Manage the overall interview, selection and closing process
• Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring candidates have all necessary information to have the perfect start and experience
• Contribute to the creation of content across various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and support recruitment efforts

• As a truck driver, you will be responsible for transporting bell peppers between our various locations;
• Most of your driving will be on our own premises, between the processing halls;
• You will ensure that the bell peppers are transported from the different locations to the correct place. For example, the harvested peppers from location 1 are taken to location 2, where they are further packaged in flow packs;
• Additionally, we have a location in Nootdorp, where we drive a few times a week to pick up the peppers;
• It may also happen that you will need to transport pallets or empty crates from one location to another;
• At the docks, you will be responsible for loading and unloading the cargo;
