• Planting and weeding small plants in the greenhouse;
• Later, tending to roses, including pruning and bud peeling;
• End-of-year tasks involve greenhouse cleaning and maintenance;
• Warm conditions inside greenhouse;
• Hourly rate: €13,27;
• Overtime: 135% (after 38 hours);
• 45-60 hours a week;
• One shift: from 06:30 till 16:00 (can be more);
• 6 working days a week: 1 day off (Monday to Friday), working all weekend.

• Weeding on the field on the wiedbed
• Walking and taking out the weeds;
• Hourly rate: €13,27;
• Overtime (after 42 hours) and Saturday 135%;
• 45 working hours per week (it can be more);
• Work from 07:00 till 17:00 or from 8:00 till 17:00 (it can be longer);
• Saturday morning (till 14:00 or 15:00). If it’s raining during the week, you will be working Saturday the whole day;
• 5-6 work days.

• Planning the sequence of work, and ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are available as needed.
• Addressing and resolving any issues that arise during landscaping projects, whether related to materials or unforeseen challenges in the project.
• Managing the allocation and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and kept in good working order.
• Supervising gardeners, providing guidance

What will your day look like? In the morning you and your colleagues drive to the client, where you brief the gardeners about the project. When they then start planting a tree, the customer comes outside. He thinks the tree is so beautiful and would like to have another one. You call the executor, who says that the extra planting will be included in the calculation. However, while planting the second tree, it turns out that it is not in the right type of soil. You come up with a suitable solution in consultation with the customer.

• Constructing features - building and installing hard landscape features - patios, decks, walls, fences, water features.

Example of your day: In the morning you and your colleagues drive to the client, where you are briefed about the project by the foreman. You then work together to deliver a valuable end result. Everyday can be different: one day you are going to make a roof and with the electric mini crane you dig a hole in the ground for the foundation. While your colleagues are working on the paving that leads to the canopy. And vice versa. At the end of the working day you return to the company and load materials for tomorrow.

• Taking items out of boxes.
• Affixing stickers to articles and packing them into new boxes.
• Repackaging articles into new boxes, whether larger or smaller.
• Managing goods that do not meet quality specifications.
• In addition to these tasks, you will also be responsible for cleaning duties. This includes cleaning toilets, desks, halls, etc.
• The duties are in the rotation: 2 weeks cleaning, 4 weeks packing department, 2 weeks cleaning, etc.

• Two groups: Repackaging: From 7:30 till 15:45 or from 8:00 till 16:15; Cleaning: 7:00 till 19:15 and in afternoon break from 11:00 till 14:15 (during that time you are not working);
• Overtime rates:
  • For cleaning duties: 150% pay for hours worked beyond 38.75 per week, and 200% pay for Saturday hours;
  • Repackaging: 38,75 working hours; Cleaning: 40,5 working hours.

The cleaning aspect will be a full-time commitment for approximately six weeks. Afterward, you will transition to the repackaging role, where you will rotate with other colleagues. You will be working alongside another employee during this process.
