Level One Uitzendbureau is a rapidly growing organization, specialized in offering long term and seasonal jobs for temporary workers, taking care of the remuneration system and delegating workforce. Level One Uitzendbureau operates in various sectors including wholesale, technology, business services, industry, agriculture and horticulture. Our head office is in Emmeloord and we offer jobs in Flevoland region.

We are looking for a Administrative employees (Purchasing department) for one of our clients that is a dynamic company that operates worldwide that has grown into an international importer with branches in more than 24 countries. Daily shipment is ensured through their own distribution center of all non-food products.

 


 About the job

  • You will be working within the purchasing administration team. It is a dynamic and hectic department and no day is the same
  • The biggest challenge is the administrative processing and follow-up of purchase orders, purchase invoices and import documents
  • You maintain good contact with suppliers, shipping companies and agents
  • You also provide the following up with regard to letters of credit, late shipment, and you do the track and trace of the containers to the final destination
  • From Monday - Friday
  • Working times: 08:15 - 16:45 or 8:30 - 17:00
  • All commuting (travelling home-work) expenses will be covered
  • Living location: Almere, Zeewolde or Lelystad (depending on available place)


 What is required

  • Similar working experience in international trade
  • Excellent english language level in word and writing
  • Office skills
  • Criminal record document
  • Motivation and determination
  • You are collegial, decisive and you have a strong sense of responsibility
  • You are an honest and loyal person
  • Driving license is an advantage

  • Start hourly payment from €13,70 - 14,29 (depending on your experience; possibility to develop and grow);
