We are looking for an employee for one of our clients that packages onions of the highest possible quality all year round. Through the combination of carefully selected purchasing, efficient and modern sorting and packaging machines and a worldwide reliable sales network, it offers added value to the chain parties. The company is therefore the first choice for onion growers and customers everywhere in the world.

 About the job

• Responsible for the optimal functioning of the machines within the packaging department.
• Coordinating the work and maintaining an overview within the packing department.
• Deploying work orders on the instructions of the cooperating packing foreman.
• Solve technical errors in the first line, including first-line technical maintenance and control activities.
• Training both current packing employees and new employees within the department.
• Ensure excellent order and cleanliness within your own department, the storage of finished products and the storage of packaging materials.

• The production bags can weigh 4-25 kg. Inside temperature: depending on outside temperature.
• Working time:
  • 07:30 - 16:30 but can be working in two shifts - 07:30 - 16:30 and 16:30 - 01:30
  • Saturdays (if necessary) 07:30 - 12:30
• Overtime: after 38 hours 135%
• Monday - Friday between 00:00 - 06:00 140%; 19:00 - 23:00 125%; 23:00 - 24:00 140%
• Saturday 00:00 - 06:00 140%; 15:00 - 23:00 125%

 What is required

• 2 years similar work experience
• Good english knowledge
• Driving license is an advantage
• Good communicative skills

• Start hourly payment from €14,82. You can grow every year a step higher till €17,11;
