Level One Uitzendbureau is a rapidly growing organization, specialized in offering long term and seasonal jobs for temporary workers, taking care of the remuneration system and delegating workforce. Level One Uitzendbureau operates in various sectors including wholesale, technology, business services, industry, agriculture and horticulture. Our head office is in Emmeloord and we offer jobs in Flevoland and Friesland region.

We are looking for a gardener for one of our client that is a modern and professional family business with three branches: two in Grou and one in Emmen. The company is active in both the private and business markets. In addition to advice and design, they work on constructing and maintaining valuable outdoor spaces for a variety of clients. From designing green schoolyards to the construction of gardens at healthcare institutions: every project is unique, with its own challenges.

 About the job

• Constructing features - building and installing hard landscape features - patios, decks, walls, fences, water features.

• Working outdoors
• Work period: March - September (possibility to discuss about the option to work all year around)
• 38 - 55 hours per week
  • Saturday hours are paid 150%
  • Sunday - 200%
  • If you work more than 9,5 hours per day - extra hours are paid 130%
  • More than 37 hours per week are paid 130%
• The travelling time that you spend going from the company to the clients is paid (except for the first 30 minutes of each trip)

 What is required

• Similar work experience
• Relevant education (connected to horticulture, gardening or similar) is an advantage
• Good english language knowledge
• Driving license
• You are motivated
• You are an outdoorsman
• You enjoy working together on projects
• You have VCA and BHV certificate, or you are willing to obtain one

• Start hourly payment from €16 - 18 (depending on your experience, possibility to develop and grow)
• Possibility of courses;
• Long term work in the Netherlands - after one year you can get an undetermined contract;
