Level One Uitzendbureau is a rapidly growing organization, specialized in offering long term and seasonal jobs for temporary workers, taking care of the remuneration system and delegating workforce. Level One Uitzendbureau operates in various sectors including wholesale, technology, business services, industry, agriculture and horticulture. Our head office is in Emmeloord and we offer jobs in Flevoland and Friesland regions.

We are looking for motivated persons to work as Team/ Production leaders who will work in the greenhouse and lead the group of employees.

 About the job

• Supervising and guiding employees in all greenhouse activities.
• Assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Harvesting and Sorting
• Coordinating and optimizing the harvesting process.
• Ensuring a pleasant and productive working environment.
• Monitoring the growth and health of pepper plants.
• Identifying diseases, pests, and irregularities.
• Applying crop protection and biological control methods when necessary.
• Ensuring the quality of peppers during picking and sorting.
• Implementing efficient working methods.
• Training employees in work procedures and safety regulations.

  You will be working in a dynamic greenhouse environment where both seasonal and continuous processes take place. The work can be physically demanding, and long hours may be required depending on workload and plant growth.

• Hourly rate: €15,77 and opportunity to develop and grow further.
• 5 - 6 working days.
• 35 - 55 hours
• 5 - 6 days or work
• after 20:00 50%
• Overtime:
  • over 38 hours per week and Saturdays - 135%;
  • over 48 hours per week 150%;
  • over 10 hours per day 150%.

 What is required

• It is not necessary to have an experience, motivation to learn is the most important
• English language knowledge
• Driving license is an advantage - if you do not have it, we can provide the bicycle
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• A team player with a hands-on mentality.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Flexible and able to handle stress.
• Knowledge of plant care and harvesting processes is an advantage.
