We are looking for Order pickers for one of our clients that already stands at 440 stores in The Netherlands.

 About the job

• As an Order Picker, you are responsible for selecting and preparing products for customer orders in a warehouse or distribution center;
• The main duties include locating items using inventory management systems (scaner), ensuring accurate selection and packing goods securely for shipment;
• Picking and packing products according to order specifications;
• Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks;
• Ensuring the accuracy and quality of selected items;
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace;
• Following safety regulations and warehouse procedures;
• Assisting with inventory control and stock replenishment;
• Physical work;
• There is 3 different departments: HR (18 degrees); Cooling (0 degress); Deep Freezer (-24 degrees);
• Hourly rate: € 14,16 + additional € 1,15 ADV per hour;
  • In Deep Freezer you get 8% extra for every worked hour: € 14,16 + 8% = € 15,29;
• Working time:
  • 07:30 - 16:30;
  • OR
  • 17:00 - 02:00;
• 5 - 6 working days per week;
• 40 - 48 working hours per week;
• Shift allowance:
  • Monday to Friday:
    • between 20h00 and 22h00 is paid 125%;
    • between 22h00 and 06h00 is paid 150%;
  • Saturday:
    • between 06h00 and 18h00 is paid 130%;
    • between 18h00 and 06h00 is paid 50%;
• Allowances:
  • Holidays are paid 100%;
  • Sundays are paid 150%.
• Overtime:
  • above 9h per day is paid 135%;
  • above 40h per week is paid 135%.

 What is required

• Good English language knowledge;
• Driving license;
• Not afraid of picking heavy stuff;
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and independently;
• Attention to detail and accuracy;
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems;
• Responsibility;
• Flexible mindset.

 What is NOT required

• Experience in a similar role.
