Work Service Agency Level One is a fast growing company. The idea of the company was born by a kitchen table in a farming family. For 10 years already, we have been specialising in recruiting employees from EU countries and the Netherlands. Both, our subsidiary in Poland and various recruitment agencies in other EU states, enabled us to build a large database of hardworking, motivated, flexible and immediately available employees for all the possible positions. Level One guarantees their employees professional services, accommodation and transport.  



We take care of your personnel

Our motto confirms our attitude to employees. An adequate accommodation standard and work conditions for our employees are crucial to us. Moreover, both, our customers and temporary employees, can count on our intensive personal support. Our team provides the employees with support, starting from commencement of their work throughout the entire employment term. Our coordinators communicate with EU employees in their native languages.

Level One shall eagerly manage your administrative matters such as, among others, providing applications to be given a personal public service number (BSN), organising suitable accommodation and transport to the workplace as well as paying taxes and social insurance premiums. For you it shall mean utmost convenience, while we properly take care of your formal matters.

Level One guarantees flexible services! For 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, we are available so as to guarantee the availability of employees even at the last moment. In the case of higher workload, we can help you increase the employment rapidly, even in the case of 1-day temporary employees.
