Employees from EU states

Level One has a large database of flexible employees who are willing to undertake hard work in the Netherlands. In Poland and Lithuania, the unemployment rate is relatively high whereas in the Netherlands remuneration is at a quite high level. After the arrival of foreign employees at the Netherlands, we apply for a social-fiscal number and then take care of paying taxes and social insurance premiums. The employees are paid according to Dutch labour law. Therefore, we take care of all the formal matters and you only have to inform us about the number of working hours of your employees.

Support

Level One guarantees support to the orderers by proper human resources management. Our coordinators, speaking native languages of our employees, take care of the employees, starting from commencement of work and throughout the entire term of the work agreements.

Accommodation

Level One ensures professional accommodation to foreign employees in the Netherlands. We have houses in many localisations, which enables providing accommodation to our employees in a close vicinity of their workplace.

Transport

Right employees at the right time and in the right place – that is what entrepreneurs want. Level One ensures transport for employees both, from their countries of residence to the Netherlands and daily transport to work. When the workplace and accommodation are not far from each other, transport on bicycles is organised.
